How to get a 3D printing quote? 

1.The STL/STP/STEP format file is needed. 

The STL file is available for 3Dmax,CAD,Sketchup ect.

Reminder:A Single file include multiple fabrication documents is not acceptable. 

2.Choose the 3D printting material

The material choosed is based on the application/product feature ect.

Here below are some material for reference.

A.Resin 

• Hard photosensitive resin 

Widely used In automotive, medical, consumer electronics and Other industrial fields

• Soft photosensitive Resin 
  

Suitable for making elastic stereoscopic prototype Or model, such as shoe mold

    • Lasty photosensitive Resin

Suitable for Prototype model, industrial components, Etc.

    • Transparent Resin 

Suitable for making all kinds of Prototype models Which those required transparency, such as glass Structure, etc

B.Nylon 

Suitable for products with special requirements for Elasticity,flame retardant and insulation.

Reminder:The surface with granular situation,For verify the appearance/ structure,resin material is recommed.

C.Glass fiber

Suitable for auto parts, electromechanical equipment,Mechanical parts, household appliances.

D.PVC 

E.High temperature resistance material 

F.CNC material

3.If extra surface finishing is required,Please kindly advise.
The paint spraying and Electroplating is available.



4.For the sheet metal Fabrication
A.Please provide file with STEP(.step,stp.),Solidworks(.sldprt),Pro/E(.prt),CATIA(.CATPart) format.
   At same time,it's better to provide the 3D Drawing,BOM list,manufacturing requirement,silkprint ect.

B.Choose material
Such as Aluminum,Stainless steel,Alloy steel,Copper ect.

C.If surface finishing is required?
Such as Powder painting,Plating coating.
