Introduction for carbon contacts

Carbon contacts are made of carbon ink and can be used for keyboard contacts, LCD contacts and jumpers. The printing is performed with conductive carbon ink.
1.Carbon elements must resist soldering or HAL.
2.Insulation or Carbon widths may not reduce below 75 % of the nominal value.
3.Sometimes a peelable mask is necessary to protect against used fluxes.

Registration measuring will be performed using a selected reference mark in the Cu-pattern.These targets are automatically integrated in our production panel frames.
