The baking process for Rigid PCB for different surface finishes

For HASL, Lead-free HASL and ENIG

All thickness pcbs are keep in oven minimum 2hours at 120oc

The hold time between baking and soldering dependent upon the storage conditions. At 50% relative humidity the suggested hold time is maximum 8hours. If boards are kept in oven at 35oc then hold time can be use longer than usual time.
